Located on a plateau in the Fairview neighbourhood just south of False Creek, the station is in a residential area of mixed height apartment buildings. There is a sharp rising hill to the SW and approx 500m north, a steep slope dropping into the salt water inlet. The area is urban with tall trees and other mixed vegetation.
